Welcome to NourishWell! By accessing and using the NourishWell website (the "Site") and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). The recipes provided are the creation of our team lead by Dr. Anya Petrova and are considered the intellectual property of NourishWell.

You may access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the Content in any way without the prior written consent of NourishWell.

NourishWell and the NourishWell logo are trademarks of NourishWell. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of NourishWell.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NourishWell makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Content. We provide healthy eating resources. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet or lifestyle, especially if you have existing health conditions. We are not liable for damages resulting from following our recipes if proper medical advice was not sought.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, NourishWell disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NourishWell does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NourishWell with respect to the use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and NourishWell.

12. Termination

NourishWell may terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and destroy all copies of the Content in your possession.

13. User-Generated Content

Users may be permitted to post comments, reviews, or other content ("User-Generated Content") on the Site. By posting User-Generated Content, you grant NourishWell a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User-Generated Content that you post; that the User-Generated Content is accurate; that use of the User-Generated Content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify NourishWell for all claims resulting from User-Generated Content you supply. NourishWell has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any User-Generated Content.
